Bad news!! And I'm not talking about the weather!!!
Chica Negra has been in the shop now for a month. They fixed the pushrod issue, then we still had problems. After that they bought a new head. It was supposed to be fixed by yesterday or today, but when I called to check on the progress, they said they were still having issues with it even with a new head. Sooooo... they're ordering ANOTHER new engine and are telling me it should be done by next weekend!
That means, no sweep truck for this ride. At least, I don't have a sweep truck to drive.
So, everyone be extra careful and drink lots of water to keep hydrated in the hot weather. It's supposed to be over 100 degrees on Sunday.
Sorry,
Sabrina

under the glassie, cool, translucent wave,
in twisted braids of lillies knitting
the loose train of thy amber-dropping hair.
